Summer Tme Side Dish
In order to make this delicious meal, I boiled water and added egg noodles for approx 6 minutes, then I added in 1 diced red pepper and 1 can of store bought string beans and continued cooking for approx 3-4 more minutes. String beans used instead of peas due to my Daughter not liking peas.Then I drained and transfered it into a big bowl. Afer that I added olive oil, black pepper, Goya sazonador and McCormick lemon/pepper seasoning and a little Parmesan cheese. I mixed all ingredients together and allowed it to chill. Tastes great with anything grilled!
This is a picture of the seasonings I used. I use these often as they add so much flavor to my dishes!
